I was referred to Namasté and Integrative Fitness by my orthopedist 2.5 years ago. He felt it was the last opportunity I would have to avoid knee replacement and ankle fusion. The good news is....he was right! I have worked with Namasté at least twice/week ever since. I did very well overall despite ongoing deterioration of my body. Not only has she really helped my musculoskeleatal disasters...she is so good for my health: body,mind and spirit. She is encouraging without being pushy, she understands and is a great listener. She has a keen sense of where I am on a particular day and works with me to get the best work out I can. I wish everyone had Namasté as their "coach".

Namasté is an incredible trainer. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she is very intuitive. She has an amazing ability to gauge the way your body and your mind are feeling and focus the day's workout in a way that fits just right. Though challenging, the hour goes by so quickly. When it's over you feel invigorated and accomplished. The positive feelings spill over into the rest of your day and week and you find yourself making healthier choices and looking forward to your next workout. The results have been so wonderful, both physically and mentally. As someone who took some time off from fitness, I am so grateful that Namasté made my return so enjoyable. One year ago I was a 348 pound, 58 year old male with high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and heart arrhythmia. I was taking a Beta Blocker to control my maximum heart rate, and trying to sleep wearing a CPAP breathing apparatus. My Cardiologist had referred me to Stanford. I knew I was in SERIOUS trouble. Grasping at hope I asked my Doctor if there were any chance for diet and exercise. She referred me to Integrative Fitness. Strength training with Namasté has yielded several benefits for me.
